Dicken- und Schichtdickenprüfung

In diesem Kapitel bieten wir von Hand- bis zu Laborsysteme alles an, was man zu Dickenmessung benötigt. Unsere Handgeräte Cpad X300 und X400 zur Schichtdickenmessung arbeiten mit Ultraschall. So können leicht z.B. die Lackschichtdicke oder auch Galvanisierungsschichten bestimmt werden. Die handlichen Dickenmessgeräte Upad T300, T400 und T410 messen auf einfache Weise Materialstärken auch bei gleichzeitigen Schichtdicken bis zu 25 mm. Alle Geräte sind selbstkalibrierend und speichern die Messdaten auf einem USB-Stick.

Die Dicken-Prüfgeräte C640 und CHY-C2A sind für den Laborbetrieb ausgelegt und basieren auf dem Kontaktierungsverfahren, aus welchem präzise und international genormte Testdaten resultieren. Die Geräte sind mit einem Computer-Kontrollsystem ausgestattet und benötigen lediglich den Anschluss von Ausgabegeräten.

Verpackungsmaterialien wie Plastikfolien, Membrane, Papier, Siliziumwafer, Metallbleche, Stoffe und Dämmstoffe können bis zu 12mm Dicke gemessen werden. Für die unterschiedlichen Materialien gibt es angepasste Druckfüße. Mit dem Modell C640 können sowohl Papier als auch Folien gemessen werden.

Alle Geräte ermitteln sowohl die Maximal- und Minimal-, als auch Durchschnittswerte und Standardabweichungen. Die Modelle C640 und CHY-C2A können manuell oder automatisch arbeiten.

Cpad Coating Thickness Gauge is applied in many areas, such as electroplating industry, corrosion protection, aerospace industry, automotive car industry, ship building industry, light industry and inspection etc.

Cpad could meet your diffrent demands by changing diffrent probes. There are two measuring methods could be chosen, magnetic permeability method and eddy current method.

F type probe with magnetic method can measure the magnetic metal (such as steel, iron, alloy steel and hard magnetic and non-magnetic) thickness of coating layer (such as zinc, aluminum, chromium, copper, rubber, paint etc.)

N probe can be measured by the eddy current method, the non ferromagnetic metal (such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin and other) non conductive cover layer thickness and austenitic stainless steel (such as plastic, rubber, paint, anodizing etc.)
